Did you know that most disasters will include water damage from fire, flooding, pipe breaks, and storms? Quickly addressing water damage is critical to securing the structure of your building. Having the right experts in place for emergency water damage restoration is equally important if you want the job done right.
ESNJ will implement a water damage mitigation and restoration plan to extract, dry, and dehumidify your building. We prevent further damage using our own extraction, drying and dehumidification equipment for our water damage restoration services. Plus, we have moisture-reading equipment to detect water in places you can’t see, like walls and ceilings. Your building will look as though water damage never happened.

Category 1: Clear Water
Category 1 water comes from clean sources such as toilet tanks, faucets, and clean water supply lines. Our Category 1 services consist primarily of vacuum, industrial drying, mold removal, and mold remediation. However, clear water can become contaminated once it comes in contact with other substances, so we also assess affected areas for further damage.
Category 2: Grey Water
Grey water is water that contains other substances that are either relatively harmless, such as soap, or mildly harmful, such as urine. If left untreated, grey water can degrade quickly and begin to spread contaminants to the area. We vacuum and perform contamination control, deodorization, and industrial drying in Category 2 situations.
Category 3: Black Water
Category 3 water contains immediately harmful and highly dangerous contaminants such as sewage or microbial growth. Our black water services include industrial drying, sterilization, decontamination, and deodorization. We apply our services to both structural and content damage. Structural damage refers to the elements such as walls, frames, floors, and beams. Content services refer to furniture, electronics, and household items. We first remove water and contaminants and do what we can to salvage the home and its contents. We then perform industrial drying techniques to ensure that mold growth and other harmful side effects of flood damage do not occur.
